Rush Limbaugh Day possible

A Rush Limbaugh Day proposal passed the Missouri House Thursday.   The proposal would make the late Rush Limbaugh the honorary day every January 12th, his birthday.   The bill still needs to go to the Missouri Senate for approval.   The provision was tacked on to another bill that passed the chamber.    Rush was from Cape Girardeau Missouri.
