A federal grand jury will hear a Crawford County arson case.
County prosecutor Michael Gayoso dropped the charges against 19-year old Andrew Butler and 21-year old James Spears at the request of federal investigators. The men were charged with setting a fire in Pittsburg that destroyed five businesses in April.
Bulter and Spears could face up to 5 years in prison if they're convicted on federal charges.
