Thom Hoglen (KZRG News)
Originally from West Plains, Missouri, Thom Hoglen has been in News/Talk radio for over a quarter of his life, and was the first member of the KZRG staff, watching it grow from an empty room, to a thriving station that the Four States can truly depend on.
Mark Kinsley (KZRG News/Morning Newswatch Host)
Mark Kinsley is your host of The KZRG Morning News Watch. Kinsley grew up in Riverton, Kansas and now lives in Joplin. He enjoys good conversation and a great cup of coffee. Mark is happily married and likes traveling with his wife. When Mark's not talking to the fine people of the Four-States he also likes to get outdoors. His favorite hobby is filmmaking.
Kara Marxer (KZRG News Director)
Kara is originally from Collinsville, Illinois. She is a news junkie, coming to KZRG from another talk station in Festus, Missouri. She graduated with dual degrees in Mass Communications and Political Science from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana. She has a cat who loves attention. Rob Hough (KZRG News/Program Director)
A native of Springfield, Rob has over 30 years in the broadcast business. A 1978 Graduate of Southwest Missouri State University, he began his career playing country music at KTTS in Springfield in 1973. Rob has done a number of radio formats and been the Program Director of several stations and a nationwide satellite radio network based in Branson. Rob's wife Greta is an RN. In spare time, Rob plays golf, and is a big St. Louis Cardinal fan.
Dave Barr (KZRG Sports Director)
Dave Barr, a Gallipolis, Ohio native is a 14-year veteran of sports broadcasting. Before settling in at 1310 KZRG, Dave had worked in various markets such as Cincinnati, Tulsa and spent four-years traveling with the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals for ESPN Radio. A 2004 graduate of Missouri Southern State University with degrees in Spanish and Public Relations-Dave is also the Sports Director for 1230 The Fan and loves to spend time with his fiancee Rocio.
