What is he suppose to do? When Noddler and Goodman decided to tag team negative ads against Billy he had to do something? The message must get out there and told. Noddler and Goodman also said no mud slinging! See business as usual from the pros Nodler and Goodman.

Just saw the first negative ad in the race, I remember Billy pleding to not go negative at a forum in Springfield. I guess we know he's not a man of his word.

Heard Gary on KZRG yesterday, I have voted for him in the past, but won't this time around. He sounded like a politician and that is not what we need right now. He would not know a statesman if one was standing right in front of him.

One of the primary constitutional responsibilities of the federal government is national defense. Congress must appropriate funding for combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. In the near future, Congress will be asked to decide whether we should continue to fund the war effort in Afghanistan. Trust me, you have a much greater perspective of military operations if you've been there. There are many fine Americans who've never served. Yet, when you are charged with the responsibility for appropriating money for the common defense, having served in uniform matters!! Ask any veteran!!

Why does it matter if you were a veteran or not? Just asking! I'm very thankful for the fine American's that have proudly served our great country to keep us free! But, there are many American's that haven't served does that not make them anymore American? Just asking...

Did Mr. Nodler ever serve in combat? I know Mr. Wisdom served in a war zone less than two years ago!! If being deployed doesn't give you backbone then nothing will!

Long is fueled by money and power. He is another rich fat-cat using money to buy power. We have enough out of touch millionaires in congress to choke a horse.

No one in this race has been elected to public office for more than eight years, so using that as an excuse to elect someone as dumb and as unqualified as Billy Long doesn't make sense.

Senator Goodman showed his commitment and dedication serving his didtrict in the recent special Senate session at the expense of campaigning. Nodler`s chair was vacant.

I have attended two of the Q & A events and Nodler is the best qualified and brightest candidate.

I think Jack Goodman is the right man. He is very conservative. Gary Nodler is backed by the Unions and did not even attend the special Session in Missouri regarding the $159M tax credit. Jack tried to stop it.

Billy Long doesn't even have the self control to push his self away from the dinner table so I do not think he can control anything else.

If you look into his voting record you will see that Jack Goodman is a TRUE conservative that doesn't just make statements and promises. He follows through! He truly can be trusted! We back Jack!

If you really want to reshape Washington, send a veteran!! There is no greater public service than putting your life on the line for your country. He has my vote and support!

I'm tired of sending candidates to Washington who say they are going to vote one way and then abandon the will of the people when they are in office. Jack Goodman has a proven record of doing what he said he would do and staying true to his conservative principles. Just look at how he filibustered the Senate and stood up to his own party leaders to get the Village Law repealed! I want a candidate who can hit the ground running on day one and be able to fight with all the tools necessary to make changes immediately! Billy Long has no real solutions after you get past his "change" message. I think we can all see where that has gotten us this past year. For me, there is no choice but Jack Goodman on August 3rd!

There is only one candidates that doesnt know the issues, will say anything to get elected and bombed at all the forums by showing how little he knows. Long is not right.

We've seen in the past year and a half what "on-the-job" training can do to our country! I don't want to send a rookie up there to get eaten alive by Nancy Pelosi. There is only ONE man meant for this job and that's Jack Goodman.

I was undecided up until last week and have made my mind up on Billy Long. I want change and career politicians are out and congress is out of control. Billy has a business and knows what it's like paying taxes! He's not an attorney!!!! He's had to sit across from people loosing their farms and had to auction them off! He has compassion for the working man! Billy Long on August 3rd.

Just like Billy we are fed up! He speaks with common sense and he is not a career politician. We are tired of the status quo! Let's clean up congress!

This year is tough. There are so many candidates running that it seems overwhelming to narrow it down to one. No matter who we choose, they will be a Freshman on the hill. They aren't going to get a tremendous amount of forward progress, but they can stand for the people of SW Missouri each time a vote is cast. With that being said, I know that I will not be voting for Billy Long. I think that he talks a good game, but my impression is that he's smug and obnoxious. His campaign reminds me of Obama's - it's very slogan oriented, only instead of "hope & change" we have "Fed up?" I have a sinking feeling that if we elect him, he will simply be another politician schmoozing up with lobbyists.

Some have said to me, Long has no experience. I have to look at where experienced politicians have taken us.

I'm tired of politicians; we need some common sense people who don't know "how it works". No more politics as usual. I like Nodler but I think he knows too much about politics; we need a fresh voice. About the only difference Isee among these men is political vs. private sector experience.
